Experience & background.
I lead people, improve day-to-day operations, test difficult systems, and build useful things on the side.
I lead a remote customer-support team in travel insurance. My work includes coaching, training, interviewing, quality review, escalations, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement.
I’m most interested in roles that combine support or operations leadership with implementation, onboarding, system change, user acceptance testing, or operational quality assurance.
Background and change
I have helped test and support a customer-support platform migration. That meant paying attention to the system itself and to the everyday work around it: what people needed to learn, where a workflow could break, and what needed another check.
Before travel insurance, I worked in operations, inventory and logistics, and retail leadership. I’m happy to share a résumé when a role looks like a good fit.
Outside work
Outside work, I build websites and tools. Build Heartopia is the best public example. I made it because useful game resources were missing, and I continue to maintain it as a large reference for people interested in the game.
